Good morning all.Breakfast was 1 cinnamon raisin bagel,1 oikos,protein shake, pineapple,coffee and water.
Gonna do bis and forearms.Today I am grateful for food and a roof over my head.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
BF - Overnight oat in soy milk, w/ 1/2 scoop of protein powder, and bananas
Snack #1 - Strawberry/Banana 50g protein smoothie
Lunch - Lean Ground chicken, protein rice, veggies
Snack #2 - Protein Bar
Dinner - Mystery

Workout 1:
5x5 heavy strict press

Workout 2 (5 Rounds For Time) :
9 Clean & Jerks #95
30 Double Unders
9 Pull-ups
30 Double Unders

Daily Gratitude:
Girls with normal sized pieces.
 
I’m always late to the party but hope you all had a great day brothers. I just did cardio (use the magnifying glass @John ) and am sitting in the sauna. food has been boring as fuck. Two cups oats with strawberries and blue berries for breakfast, two 8 oz chicken breasts for lunch. Unsure for dinnner. Removing all salt and carbs for tomorrow and Thursday, going to shed a good deal of water to end this cut and go into my vacation looking extra shredded
 
Was starving, minimal carbs for like a week besides oats in the AM. I just grab two pre cooked breasts throw some sugar free BBQ and I’m gtg
