Oct 11th edition of diets and training

Good fuckin morning all.Did some tire flipping early this morning.Breakfast was 4 turkey sausage,cherry frosted poptarts, banana,coffee and water.Lunch will be two turkey n pepperjack lettuce 🥬 tomato,cranberry juice.Not sure about dinner.my new female friend has stayed over every night since Saturday night,and here’s how it went…
Saturday night=my dick wouldnt work.
Sunday night= I didn’t even try to have sex.
Monday night=took 20mg Cialis,got hard could not finish.
Last night=took another 20mg pounded the hell outta her,STILL DIDNT NUT,she did atleast.
So Anyfuckinways on my way to work.Today I am grateful for my female friend,she has relieved some stress of mine.

No breakfast. Eating homemade burritos in a couple hours. Probably cook some eggs later tonight. Redoing my workout so will do back a few times a week to add in some pt.

Good you got someone there to relieve stress. Play around with time and dosages till you get the amount where you need it with cialis.
 
Yeah but it’s like really,I don’t want take above 20 . I’m also gonna start my cycle test P, proviron then hopefully it works.and for the meds I’ve adjusted enough not changing my what’s been keeping me stable.
 
Trained legs. Had a Kashi frozen waffles and some egg whites before gym. Protein shake with a banana after. Had two eggs, more whites with English muffins and turkey sausage. Having a yogurt with almonds now. Not sure about dinner
 
I’ll be honest I’m piece of shit right now it seems I can only motivate self to do training on off days. Work days I’m barely getting out of bed for that. My log is bad and I feel bad
 
Maybe that’s your body/mind telling you to take a little sabbatical from gym.
 
Hopefully that feeling goes away …it comes and goes for me especially when some intrusive thoughts start surfacing.
 
If I take time away I’m done I’ll start doing something else I have to be consistent to be in it. Got it to do my Wednesday workout after gym. I don’t love this enough t to take time away
 
Lol !!! When I’m working I have all my meals prepped so there’s no thinking involved. When I’m home, it all boils down to how motivated I am.
