October 16th edition of diets and training

I was going to have a fire tonight myself but it’s looking like rain around here. I dug my fire pit out and I’ve got it about 4 feet deep. Probably about 6 feet around. It’ll hold a whole rick of wood. Breakfast was 4 eggs scrambled, covered in cheese with fried potatoes, and 2 Kodiak pancakes. 2nd meal was 3 hard boiled eggs with a Dew. 3rd meal was protein shake. 4th meal was 10 chicken tenders with Buffalo sauce. No training today. Going to new program of upper, lower strength, and 3 Hypertrophy days.

So there’s 3 left,and I’d like to have two for the morning but when the Ambien/Seroquel kick in later their chances of survival greatly decrease,and even if I lay down before they kick in,then whenever the first time I wake up is their time of death.
 
Same food for the most part. The guys at work got subs today and left me half of a buffalo chicken steak and cheese. No that’s not a typo. It was strangely good. Other than that I trained chest today. Hope everyone had a decent weekend
 
I’ve been getting the bags of the mini chocolate covered donuts. I’ve been smashing a bag every night laying in bed after a fat blunt. I’ve got some new herbs called Ice Cream Cake. I’m guessing a cross of Wedding Cake. I smoked two night before last and felt like I had eaten a couple xanny bars.
