Good morning all.Breakfast was 1 plain bagel,1 chobani,3 HB eggs,protein shake,grapes,apple juice and water.Doin Tris today.Today I am grateful for my daughter and her laugh.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
4 eggs scrambled, covered in cheese, with fried potatoes, sausage, and Dew to drink. New program starting today. Upper Strength. Bent over rows, pull ups, flat bench, dips, shoulder Press, EZ bar curls, and tricep extensions.
The strength/Hypertrophy program is probably my favorite. It’s the program I see the results of. Push, pull, legs routine feels like I’m just going through the motions. I guess from not hitting everything as much. I bet them donuts was better this morning.
BF #1 - 3 eggs, 3 eggs whites
BF #2 - Overnight oat in soy milk, w/ 1/2 scoop of protein powder, and bananas
Snack #1 - Strawberry/Banana 50g protein smoothie
Lunch - Lean Ground turkey, smashed potatoes, veggies

Daily Gratitude:
Struggling today to be grateful…so I need to go small. Today I am grateful to have clean clothes and warm shower. Simple things like these are overlooked sometimes.
