Good morning all.Breakfast was 1 plain bagel,1 chobani,3 HB eggs,protein shake,grapes,apple juice and water.Doin Tris today.Today I am grateful for my daughter and her laugh.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
The strength/Hypertrophy program is probably my favorite. It’s the program I see the results of. Push, pull, legs routine feels like I’m just going through the motions. I guess from not hitting everything as much. I bet them donuts was better this morning.
 
This is my favorite one that I own at the moment.

BF #1 - 3 eggs, 3 eggs whites
BF #2 - Overnight oat in soy milk, w/ 1/2 scoop of protein powder, and bananas
Snack #1 - Strawberry/Banana 50g protein smoothie
Lunch - Lean Ground turkey, smashed potatoes, veggies
Snack #2 - Protein Bar
Dinner - ?

Workout 1:
Work up to Heavy max Push Press 5x5 (200ish)

Workout 2:
AMRAP 7 - Power Snatches #95
On the Minute - 7 Toes to Bar

Workout 3:
AMRAP 7 - Lateral Burpees
On the Minute - 7 Push Press #95

Daily Gratitude:
Struggling today to be grateful…so I need to go small. Today I am grateful to have clean clothes and warm shower. Simple things like these are overlooked sometimes.
