October 24th installment of diets and training

Good fuckin morning all. Breakfast was 2 plain bagels,chobani, protein shake, strawberries,coffee and water.Gonna do bis/ forearms today.Today I am thankful for my physical health and the freedoms I have.I need to work on not taking things for granted.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day
 
I’m fasting until noon. Going to ride the bike fasted here after I get off the toilet. The rest of the day will be a couple meals of egg whites and rice, and 3 protein/oat shakes. I’ll do cardio twice today while I’m waiting for my sprained hand to heal. It’s a lot better today.

Haven’t really been giving a fuck lately, at the state in training I am, the gym is exactly that, just the gym. It no longer serves as a release as I am unable to lift the way I love and know how… these days it’s more of an OCD thing where if I don’t go, I start to creep into an even darker place than I already am.

Work is going good, I’m happier at work now than I have been since I was an apprentice almost 20 years ago… but it always seems that if one thing in my life is going well, everything else is crumbling.

The diet sucks, I eat the same shit day in and day out, but with little gym motivation, eating is also a creature of routine and nothing more…

Yesterday I got a wild hair up my ass and smoked a pork shoulder… I’ll let the photos speak for themselves
