October 25th installment of diets and bodybuilding

Good morning all.Did some tire flipping this morning.Breakfast was a 4 egg omlete, peppers,red onion,cheese and lots of pepper, banana,2 pieces whole wheat toast, coffee and water.Lunch will be leftover steak,rice and a salad.Dinner I’m not not sure about.Today I am grateful for the little things in my life that keep me content.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.

Did some back work going to eat this then give soem tiem to digest inject hgh night night I’m doing one shot of currently at night will split it 5 5 next week and get. Back on program to fick shit up and finally get my head out of ass.
