Good morning all.Breakfast was 2 cans a tuna with celery and lite mayo loaded with chili powder, banana,chobani,coffee and water.Not sure what I’m doin at the gym yet.Today I am thankful for the sun,and the nice weather outside.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day
 
Regular old chow.

Off day from training. Might go hit the heavy bag.

Teleworking one more day today because baby girl is still a bit under the weather.
