October 3rd edition of diets and training

Good morning all.Breakfast was 5 HB eggs no yolk,plain bagel toasted with homemade strawberry jam, banana,water.Lunch will be 2 turkey with pepperjack,lett tomato,grapes,water, cranberry juice.Not sure about dinner.
Work,maybe tire flipping after work(the gym keeps its tire outside) my sister,bro in law and kid are coming over later for dinner.Today I am grateful for the fall weather.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Training either back or chest. It depends who’s using what at the gym. Apple, almonds and a yogurt for breakfast then cottage cheese and yogurt at break. Then the usual chicken and rice and chicken with potatoes. Protein shake and a banana
 
Today ham egg and cheese sandwhich for breakfast. Chicken salad for lunch. Dinner was butter chicken (which don’t have much butter ) with carrots and spinach. Work today was all overhead demo of ceiling which had a second ceiling unknown cause a plumbing leak in upstairs bathroom. Wore a tyvek suit with n95 mask and gloves and goggles. Old leak lots insulation and mold. Got all demo for plumbers. Took out entire kitchen ceiling including all drywall around beam. Loads overhead work great shoulder workout and sweated my ass off in that suit. No need for workout today but made mad cash. Thankful for the work.
 
No training ate food again today that’s awesome I’m thankful for no no more sickness maybe no more whole

Ya has me thinking about starting a mold remediation business cept I hate that crap. Maybe hire some illegals to do the work. Then I can hire my construction company to repair the demo done to clean the mold. Lmao
