Good morning all.Breakfast was 1 plain bagel,3 HB eggs,2 yogurts,protein shake, banana,water.Gonna do legs today.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.

Same food again. Training shoulders and traps later. Forearms too if I can squeeze them in. As far as cereal goes there no bad choices but then again Ive never met a cereal I didn’t like
 
Funny you say that,so I don’t eat my cereal like your typical person,what I do is pour small amounts in at a time cause I don’t like it getting soggy at all.
 
Haha gross,also I don’t pour to much milk in at once so it’s always cold.
