Good morning all.Breakfast was a plain bagel,1 chobani, scrambled eggs, banana,coffee and water.Not lifting today.Hope everyone has a good day.
 
Kodiak oatmeal for breakfast. Fried eggs for second meal. Tuna for lunch. 4th meal was a Muscle Milk. It was chalky and gave me the mouth of cotton bigger than fuck. Training is legs and abs.

Legs and shoulders fasted… Won’t do that again. Then 3 eggs, ham steak, Spinach salad. Lunch was protein shake, handful almonds, avocado toast. Dinner to be salmon, pickled radish, sweet potatoes.
