Its all good, you just have no back…Just kidding. if you can keep around 200 or so when you loosen up your diet. I think you said you were not competing! If you are, then just ask someone to show you the back poses so you can practice spereading out your back, from the back your just using your thumbs as hooks so grab your trunks at first, your spreading your back with your thumbs as anchors, and in back double from right here if you lean back slightly and spread your delts will still be well flexed…I know that just makes no sense…it will. arms…especially the left one looking great. You never know who shows up but if your competing , start collecting some hardware at like 2 weeks out
