Hello everyone.
Been reading the forums, what little i could as a non member, and appreciate the way its handled and run.

About me: army vet, got into lifting by my nco at the time. Early 20’s. Got in shape and loved it.
Got out of the army, 6 months later car accident. Broken femur, and wrist. Was out of the gym for almost 2 years with all the crap from that. Then marriage and jobs got in the way…

Fast forward… im 48. 5’8" 200lbs on TRT wanting to get back in the gym and start feeling myself again. That feeling we all get near the end of the workout, pumped and exhausted.

Trying to find my way back is the hardest part right now. Work 3rd shift, screws with the eating cycle also. My diet is my weakest point, im working on it.

Love the stories and input and advice you give. Professional site. Im a sponge, here to soak it in.

Thanks

Thanks for welcomes, one and all. Btw im a registered nurse. So ill try to help with any questions regarding that area. Ive been on TRT for a few years now. Doctors around here are afraid of it it seems. My doctor prescribed 200 mg a month!!. I had researched it, and after he wouldnt increase the frequency, i started treating it myself. Not to mention the insurance hassles of covering it.

I currently run 200mg every 7 days and it seems to work the best for me.
