Although peptides have been around for a bit… they’ve exploded as of the last couple years or so. Honestly I have a book that goes into detail on peptides BUT it’s kind of like the internet, it’s all over the place. If a person was to take it all at face value then they would be taking a dozen or so peptides a day.
Personally, I take glutathione (not sure if it’s classified as a peptide) and bpc-157 on and off. Glutathione is for overall health (especially cognition) and the bpc is as needed for old guy aches and pains/inflammation. I may end up dabbling with something else if it catches my eye and addresses my specific needs.
