Did anybody catch this recent picture of Phil Heath from muscular development magazine . Looks absolutely massive, bigger than I’ve ever seen him before. I know online pictures are sometimes a poor way to gauge size and conditioning but this is pretty impressive.

I don’t think he’s in the Olympia this year, at least that’s what’s rumored. With Shawn Roden out and no Phil Heath I really think this could be Kai Green’s opportunity to finally take it.

He’s an asshole but has an unbeatable physique if he can get his gut under control.

That ninja turtle gut is so odd… very few of the guys from the 80-90s had this issue… too much GH / insulin? I’ve read conflicting opinions on this. But guys like Shawn Ray, lee Haney, flex wheeler, etc. all had such small waists.

it’s been weird ever since kai wasn’t allowed to compete at 2015 olympia. thought he was just planning on being an instagram model although i don’t follow bodybuilding very closely.

He’s actually been doing alot lately, he’s taken up acting and supposedly is supposed to get a role in some big movie coming up, I think he had his own comic book come out as well, busy man lol
