How does the closest score work? Whoever was closest by both scores?

Its the pick usually, then the spread. If someone picked 9-0 they win. the score is 23-3. 28-21 means brwns by 7. 26-20 browns by 6. A tie goes to the score. But its really any rules they want, It gives some meaning to game at least.
