I know that you guys love your programs lately ive been seeing john meadows pop up alot @Beserker training
Titan training kicking ass and providing programs
I have a new program im going to follow from Jay Cutler. Im looking forward to it seems like a solid training program.
Will see how it goes im going to update my log now

I write a lot of my own programming but John Meadows is just a different animal completely. When I start feeling like my program is lacking something, I pick one by my particular goal at the time and roll with it.
