Well, talking to my doc about quad pinning and the struggles I have with pip or just the amount of pain I have for days, she taught me a better spot. Basically put you hand in you pocket. The area your palm covers is the injection site. Let me tell you what… 3 pinnings on both left and right upper quad, Zero Pip. I mean it’s become my new favorite site to pin. If you care to give it a try, it worked wonders for me. No limp. No hobbled up. No pain. Wish I would have known this sooner. 🤣. But a welcome relief to the standard pinning areas for me. Might not work for everyone. But but it’s a win for me for sure.

This is interesting because today I was injecting my gear in my middle quad and I could tell it was still swollen from the last shot so I pulled the pin out and shot it higher up in the region you mentioned. So far so good!👍

I only pin upper sweep as that call it. Upper outside everybody that has switched to that thanks ne for tip

If your sitting in a chair put your hand at the bend in your leg. That’s about it. Also for me, it’s about 5 inched down on that bend.

That’s just about where I pinned an hour ago… it was painless. Who woulda thunk it!

The lower the outter quad. The worse the pain is. Good tip from the doc for sure!

Oh hell no. I can’t hardly walk after that shot. 2 days later is even worse.

I just got myself REAL bad right there last week. I couldn’t even lay on that side in bed.

I inject in quads 90% of the time.
Stand up and hands down to my side and at the finger tips is the line I use to pin.

Been doing it since I started TRT in quads.

But some UGL gear gives PIP and some doesn’t.
I have had bad pins there and mostly great no issue pins as well.

I mainly use Test C and Tren E and Mast E.
