Dude, insurance didn’t cover any post surgery goodies. The dr. told me that insurance used to cover the cryo-cuffs (igloo style ice chest circulates cold water into a pad) but they stopped so the doctor didn’t even tell me about it!?! And the co-pays for imaging is silly!
Blue Cross Blue Shield shield gold is fools gold apparently.
Insurance is a scam nowadays I don’t understand how this happened I remember insurance used to be you paid 20-50$ depending.
Nowadays with 5k deductibles its ridiculous a Ponzi scheme
The squad program that We were doing at my box had me up to 285 front squat and 385 back squat, and I wanted more… Everyone wanted more. I was literally in the best shape (physically) of my life at 42 with trt’s help.
Yesterday I was in a parking lot by myself doing my physical therapy homework. I was having a hard time stepping on a 6 inch curb. Three sets of 10.
Every rep required maximum attention, maximum concentration, maximum effort. I imagine that’s what my 300 front and my 400 back squat I never got to try would’ve felt like mentally.
I did it though and as much as I didn’t want to take solace in this minor Accomplishment…I did.
Celebrate the small victories (every day) my friends.
Exactly what you need to do, focus. Those small exercises require you to really pay attention , and that’s important to build that mind body connection.
Great job!
