Saturday was quad day on the menu for me. I was at a bad ass gym out in California. This gym was huge and each section was set up for each body part. The leg section was insane I had to get one leg workout in before I left lol
Super sets was on the menu for this workout.
I warmed up with extension 4x30
Front squat supersetted with front squats 5x10x10 ( 10 for back and 10 for front)
Leg press 5x15-20 slow reps up and slow reps down
Smith machine lunges 4x20
Vertical leg press supersetted with sissy squats 4x15 (I could only get 10-12 on sissy squats)
Guys I have to brag on my recovery from using @MPG products. I’m recovering so good I didn’t even get sore I was a tad bit but not like I could have been and most of you know my leg workouts aren’t for the faint of heart lol. I’ve ran off several bigger guys on leg days. Get over to their page and check them out. I think they are running some good special right now.
