Yep agree with TG diet is what will be the biggest key. If you’ve already used dnp you’ve gone the most extreme route lol. Everything else will feel like less. Eca would be safest, then albuterol, then Clen.
Agree with @TG and @Fitraver dnp is about as extreme as you can get Bro. Eca stack is really good. Pain to find but if you do like tg suggested you will be good. Clen is also amazing cycling it with eca or a fat burner. Albuterol is not much for fat burning bet mild.
You can always hire someone to help you with diet and training and gear.
Thanks for the input. Few questions, how does aspirin factor into weight loss, no clue how to get ahold of ephedrine even tho im sure that can’t be discussed here lol, and any off the shelf fat burners y’all could recommend?
Use broncaid from pharmacy. It’s otc you just have to ask for it. Aspirin is just part of the stack. Some run without it and just do EC. Just google it and you’ll find info on why it’s included by some.
Check out Titanmedical.com (I believe that’s the site), they have ec stacks premade. I’ve never actually ran any fat burners besides a homemade ec stack and I don’t plan on it anytime soon. Focus on your diet like the guys said and you’ll be fine.
I prefer
Ephedrine hcl don’t use ephedrine sulphate
They have inj amps that are great but you can buy primatine at the pharmacy
A true ECA stack is
Ephedrine hcl 12.5mg
Caffeine 200mg
Aspirin 81mg
I have used this with success but not the best way to lose weight.
You have albuterol also but again not the best way to lose weight
Don’t use dnp or clen there so harsh its just not worth it.
I reccomend cutting calories and killing it in the gym with weights and cardio
Using an eca or albuterol should be to shed that extra 2lbs that you just want to get rid of not to drop 10+lbs trying to lose weight. The only way to lose weight like that is diet and exercise
You can get ephedrine at your local pharmacy depending where you live.
Some states have banned ephedrine because its used to make meth but other states allow you to buy a certain amount per month. I reccomend primatine
The asprin thins your blood to reduce the chance of a heart attack while using ephedrine it also makes it work more efficiently
Just a bit of information to put in the back of our brains… The first sign of insulin resistance is difficulty shedding unwanted body fat in a deficit or the gaining of body fat in a surplus. The only way to overcome insulin resistance is through diet changes. No amount of ‘fat burning’ supps will correct insulin resistance.
Those very last few pounds of body fat hang on for dear life and the best way I found to overcome them is through simplicity in my food choices.
Many of us preach lean bulks for a reason. At some point the over consumption of calories will lead to anabolic, insulin and leptin resistance. Those three things will have a negative impact on overall results. They prevent nutrients from going where it needs to go and then we can get caught in a vicious cycle.
This might not be your case @Cube293. I was simply trying to provide some potential helpful information.
I think suppressing the appatite is the key. I would imagine Diet and Cardio would be the easy part for most people on here. Without the strong food cravings it all comes together. Just my 2 cents.
Appetite suppression - that is one of the problems with insulin resistance. Insulin resistance leads to leptin resistance. Since the brain resists the leptin signaling it delays or won’t shut off ghrelin. Thats very simplified but the point comes across.
Thank you for that Semperfi! I was unaware of that fact. Looks like I’ve got something to research. Would you happen to be able to post a link on that subject if available?
@Hobbit601 A simple google search will lead you down the rabbit hole. If you get stuck feel free to PM me and I would be happy to help you find more specific resources.
