@Dirtnasty

I would like to know how you use this scale.

I have, recently, been training with percentages BUT tracking my rpe for that days last set. It kind of tells me my strength/power levels for future reference.

I kind of think of it as the opposite of reps in reserve like if I’m doing rpe 7 I’ll try and have 3 reps left in tank. That said if it’s higher rep work it maybe more reps. It also changes on how you feel that day something maybe rpe 9 one day but if your feeling locked in 7 another. Its sometimes hard to tell off my videos where im at as I tend to go from it looks easy to not being able to get rep quickly. I struggle with the grind out lifts

That’s where I struggle some days I know it’s not where I should be but I go for what I think would be at programmed rpe is everything is going right. Especially with my bench currently. I remember what I could do and expect it to be just lightly below peak even though I’m trying new set up and I’m not on tren haha
