I'm sitting at 211lbs and got a stern talk from my coach, he didn't blast me, but it was more so concern, as he feels I may be putting on weight a little to quickly. He doesn't want me to gain a lot of fat during the process, as of now you can see I'm beginning to carry a bit of water weight in my face and physique, but this is also a part of the process.

Good morning from Florida everyone, I had a situation happen in the gym this morning, when I was engaging in chest, shoulders and arms.

I was doing lateral raises with 45lbs dumbbells and I heard a pop followed a very sharp pain. Lately I've been sleeping on my side and that began to cause more pain and soreness on both sides of my deltoids. Today was kind of a freak accident, I've never dealt with that before, I wasn't struggling with the weight, but it also wasn't light. I couldn't lift my arm at all without a sharp pain and now it's seemed to have dissipated a little as it's sore but I can move it around as normal.

Using bio-freeze as it acts as a form of cryotherapy (cold therapy) to relieve pain. The active ingredient in Biofreeze is menthol, which stimulates cold receptors in the skin to create a cooling sensation. This acts as a counterirritant, masking the pain signals sent to the brain.

It's feeling a little better, but it certainly freaked me the hell out this morning..
