Relaxing Weekend,Back to the Bullshit

On my way home from a good weekend with the wife and kid,I was on my best behavior,and that was the least I could do for my wife and kid…I’m behind on cals already today,I tracked nothin since friday, have not lifted since Friday either,with that being said I’m gonna go home and do shoulders,4arms,eat a lot,and practice softball with the kid, and thanks to @JB_rD81 I am gonna throw ribs on the grill.What are you dudes lifting today
 
Today for breakfast I had pork loin and egggs. Gonna load carbs now cause about to split wood for 4 hours for a buddy who just had surgery but is behind on his wood stockpile. If I have anything left in me I may do a pull day. Wife is making me chicken adobo and rice for dinner.
 
Actually much better sir. I love pork skins. They got fat in them but zero carbs so I’ll stuff some of them in my sewer as needed.
 
Had a crappy chest day yesterday. Today is back and bi day, commencing with deadlifts, followed by behind the neck OHP. Will also do DB shrugs, face pulls, reverse EZ bar curls, seated hammer curls and finish with some much needed ab work.

Have found this little place around the corner that combines poached eggs, pulled pork, onions, and potatoes in a bowl. Totally addicted.
 
I’m at work fucking with a very small 1” heat exchanger that’s eaten my lunch about a dozen times in the last year, it’s always good for a 10-12 hour day when I’ve got to touch it. Otherwise it’s an off day for me, upper body push tomorrow. We got the grandkid tonight, so that will be fun, and probably grill brats and burgers
 
I like splitting wood,its a every Sunday thing for me during fall and winter
 
I always hear someone say that its national this and that there’s so many days my calendar has multiple holidays almost everyday written on it I think it’s crazy lol
I just can’t keep track of all that
