Loss but have been eating like @NeuroRN and @Bigmurph have instructed me. Been diligent about diet except for the occasional binge drinking things
Decided to try on old soccer jersey that I haven’t worn since I was 32. Thats thirteen years ago. Belly wouldn’t fit in it. Lmao. I e been doing the cardio that I hate so fucking much @Bigmurph talked me into it. Also has my bp a lot better too.
Still chubby when I take off shirt but far better then I was. trying the Godzilla piss. And T-3. Seeing how my blood is good and vitals are the best they’ve been in years since I started cardio. Am pretty excited about it.
Be careful with t3. Shittiest I have felt the past couple years was when I had no thyroid function after coming off. And I feel pretty shitty right now
50 mg for about 12 weeks. Def too long and was only using it to speed metabolism so I could eat more in bulk and get nutrients absorbed faster not to cut wither. I went way higher cutting but never was on longer than two weeks
