@Dirtnasty inspired me to share this. Eleven months ago to this morning. No pumps.
Edit Was 231 but fattening up for contest at 239 now. Was 245 in first pic and 239 in second pic

I’m sure there’s science behind it but I don’t understand how you wake up lighter unless you take a giant crap before weighing.
 
Hahaha. I always weigh after morning poop. I thought about it. Yesterday I probably only drank half gallon water cause road time going and picking up those weights
 
Lose a lot of water through sweat and just breathing when sleepingand unless you you chug water every time you wake like me it’s easy to lose a a good amount of weight. When we were doing contest for post shutdown body transformation I lost 7 pounds in the last night alone of course I was using 160 clen and 100 t3 that day
 
Night sweats is one of my personal indicators of non optimal test on the low side… when I don’t have it dialed in, I soak my pillow.
 
Pretty sure it was water weight. A half gallon of water is four pounds and that is what I shorted myself yesterday.

Or two ago. I have more definition now and more abs showing and I am trying to fatten up a bit before cut. But I can’t really complain cause I am closer to where I want to be then I have been in years.
