So yes I feel your struggle although I don’t think it’s to the extent you deal with but it can be frustrating. I think I need to stop trying so hard with this contest and just let my body do what it’s gonna do. Like most have said.
My favorite time of the day is when we go to sleep early and watch tv in the bed and she scratches my back and arms and just cuddle. Sounds goofy coming from a big dumb AAS brother but whatever. Lol
Hell yes!!! And it’s especially good if I’ve just come back from the gym after a good pwo and pump!!! Then she calls me “my Ugmuscle husband”. Hahaha @herrubermensch
Metabolism is complex. Not only had your basal metabolic rate increased as a result of adding muscle. Your total energy expenditure (better indicator of metabolism) has increased due to increased muscle mass… but you’re missing something painfully obvious.
You went back to work.
Honestly rusty. Get off the scale. You don’t need to be 240. Hell I barely need to be 240. You’re playing a game that’s incredibly hard and a strain on the body. Give yourself a slight raise in calories… and let it work. You don’t want abs in your before picture, so you’re putting back on fat you worked HARD to lose. Just eat normally and add the cals in slowly let your body work and stop making the scale your indication of success.
Speaking of which, I’m starved and didn’t get up in time to make any, so something from dunking it is I guess, on way to game, stupid fuckin dunkin dognuts
