Good I’m going into a caloric deficit to finish off this cycle. Heard the sdrol should help me maintain the muscle I’ve gained. Going three weeks deficit and more cardio.

So did my 48 hour fastSunday through Tuesday to kick off my cut phase. Started Super D last week. Been gradually increasing cardio and decreasing calories. Did cardio for hour today. Was a bit much. Had to take a small break cause got dissy and legs shaking. Then got back on and finished. After that did 90 pound barbell walking lunges and 200 pound calf raises. That’s enough for my leg day. Not much left in tank with running on 900 less calories then last week plus increased cardio. Cutting is a mofo but worth it. Already down to 235 from 243 pre fast.
Two hard more weeks to go let’s see where it takes me??? Never been there before but am anxious to see it.

Last two days can’t get my dick to work and gained about 8 pounds water weight (guessing). Stopped Tren Hex three weeks ago. Hormones were good then. Didn’t need AI then bc Tren probably keeping Estro at bay. I’m thinking estrogen spike cause still taking 250 mg test e3d. Took anastrozole this am. Can prolactin spike after stopping tren? Should I take some caber just in case? Not due for bloods for three more weeks.
