Probably my biggest cheat day ever.

Das part is this was my normal day pre UGM days cept less protein and more carbs. No wonder my body was shot and I felt like shit all the time
 
Blood donation today. Time sucked. Dammit.

Yessir. Belly hurts from drinking two bottle water just before donate and ice tea right after. When I walk I can hear the ocean in my belly
 
I feel dehydtated all the time I’m sweating so much on tren that I can’t keep up. I look like the big dude from over top half the day I’m so drenched
 
Hit a post injury PR today. Benched 225 10 times. Shoulder hardly noticed it was being used.

This has gotta be all those dam carbs cause it’s almost double what I could do three weeks ago. Reps wise.
