Got some more PRs today with working weights and total volume. I am doing pauses and slow returns on every rep. I have a ten second rest between each exercise per muscle group for a set of four or five exercises then a 2 minute test between sets.

Example. Shoulders. Dumbbells lateral raises up slow returns then ten seconds rest then land mine shoulder press slow returns ten second rest then reverse flys hold three seconds then return rest ten seconds then kettle ball bottom up press then set over rest two minutes then sets over then repeat four sets. When I was done with today’s workouts I was shaking so much. When I was drivining my foot was shaking on the pedals. I thought I was gonna pass out.

Ok brother… I just read your other comments on the other thread. You’re on the wrong forum with that attitude.

We take our training seriously here… all kinds of training… including conditioning. Sometimes we joke about stuff but you sir have already crossed the line.

Please refrain from such things.
 
You know he gave you a compliment in the other thread right? 230 with your routine you must be jacked. That’s a compliment, and somehow you took it way the wrong way.

But yeah, way to be a dick your first days on a board.
 
Look bro we make fun of cardio on here all the time. Not cause we think it’s a bad thing but because some of us just detest it. Yet we still incorporate it into our routines from time to time.

And how dare you come on to my thread and insult me!!! Not cool brother.
