Tested out @PHD Workout for heavy back and arms. My God brother. My biceps and lats have never had such a pump. And I didn’t go full into it. It’s supposed to be deload week but am not use to these kind of movements and form. I always thought my form was good but the little subtle differences on the videos you sent made a huge difference. Plus there are a couple exercises I’ve never even heard of. Now I know why my dick always got into the way when I did barbell shrugs. I actually stopped doing them with barbells and used a cable rope instead cause the barbell always got caught under my dick no joke. But it is funny as hell now that I know the only reason was that I never engaged my rhomboids hence putting the bar in a starting position just above mini rusty. Hahahaha. I feel so stupid but slightly better educated.
Bro you’re cracking me up. Glad you’re liking the workouts. This is why cookie cutter diets and plans don’t work most the time. Everyone is different. Keep kicking ass bro.
Thanks bro. They’ve come along ways since I started here. They plateau easy cause my physical work I do. I believe anyways that’s my theory. But I have the leg extension machine maxed out now.
Played around today with @PHD heavy chest shoulders triceps day. Again same as yesterday. Some new stuff. Very high volume at least for me. I am going to have to cut my working weight way back or give it a couple weeks to be able to work up to this kind of volume. Also form and tempo seem to be of the most importance in blasting th living shit out of my muscles.
My form is very good when I compare it to most gym guys who use their body weight to move weight. But definitely not to the standard of a body builder. Much different in execution and muscle fatigue.
Am learning so much!!! Still not getting hungry yet and am in a slight caloric deficit at least compared to what I use to eat. Lost 4 pounds already but they say that’s not important. Could be all the garbage I e shit out of my system the past few days. My theory anyhow.
Getting use to eating more healthy abs structure. Cleaning you out. The hunger should increase shortly. Remember on updates all the details like hunger is so important for us to adjust things for you.
Proud of you bro keep kicking ass and striving for your goals.
So now I am just starting to understand what @PHD goes through to get his quads. Today was leg day wish I could give details cause it would blow your mind. I’ll tell you this much …… to failure this to failure that drop sets here drop sets there ISO holds and time under tension. I literally was walking wabbly after some stuff. Like I actually had my leg muscles just not working right. Thought I was gonna hit the ground a couple times. But with the proper hydration and warm ups I didn’t get any cramps. Never never ever had a leg workout like that before. WOW!!!
