Good morning boys,I got a busy day today gonna go to the farm and split some wood,wood, feed the pigs, a psych appointment in at 1,then go to my daughter’s game at 4,somewhere in there I’m gonna do shoulders,and practice shooting my bow,but if one of those last two things has to go,naturally I’m gonna say fuck lifting and shoot the bow.
 
Oats whites cheese sticks granola… butchering metal today…. @JB_rD81 would be welding it… I’m kinda welding it.
 
Just waking up and hoping to train some legs. Had clomid, nolva and cialis for breakfast with 2 cups of coffee. Will have the usual protein shake and banana when done with breakfast/dinner consisting of 8oz chicken and 100g of rice.
