September 10 edition of doin nothing all day

Hey motherfucker.I slept in til like 11.then made eggs, toast,n turkey bacon,with a banana and water. My beautiful daughter had a cheer leading game today and the boys got their ass kicked but the cheer squad did great.Now im at a local bar with my dad drinking beers n eating wings.Hope everyone has a good day.

Nice bro! I want wings now but done for the day eating. Had eggs and my “sandwichs” which is just packets of lunch meat and sliced cheese rolled up dipped in mustard. Had a few all beef hotdogs after. Not much time to cook today. Cardio only.

She’s growing up fast bro. Seems like she was half that size a couple years ago. Proud father!!! Today had turkey bacon, kodiak cakes , eggs, fresh rolls and chicken wings for first packer game.

Went golfing with son this afternoon. Scored 62 over 9 holes. So was shitty golfing but nice to be outside.

Was at funeral for friends dad. The brother had the after thing at his place he is form restaurant guy so it was nice spread.

Think I had too much sugar on ride hkme and stomach is upset. Have to fast for bloods tonight and the ac isn’t working at how so I bet I wake up ti all the weight loss
