Good morning all. Breakfast was 3 MCDS egg McMuffin,no meat, banana n grapes,OJ,and water.just got to work.Not sure about lunch n dinner.Goin to checkin out that new gym after work.Today I am grateful for the solitude and freedom of being single.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Heading to work meeting meeting have pork chops and rice this week. Man my dreams have been getting weird this week. Leg almaot feels heeled so what I ever i did wasn’t terrible but I bet it helps I’m loaded with tan 500 from week of meet

That’s a lot of dedication. Do you ever get cravings for pizza or cake or whatever? Or does it all seem like a waste of calories over time?
 
Sorry for the late response, yes! I get those cravings everyday. I just do my best to stay disciplined throughout the week. That said I am human and do cheat from time to time.
