September 25th installment of diets and training

Good morning all.Breakfast scrambled eggs,(4) 1 plain bagel lightly toasted, banana,water.At work til around 1600. Lunch will be two turkey n white American cheese,Lett, tomato,peach chobani, cranberry juice, grapes.Dinner might go out to eat with my kid so not sure about that.Today I am grateful for the camaraderie we have on here.No gym joining yet.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, and sausage for my first meal with a Dew. Second meal was sausage and egg biscuit, chocolate milk, and coffee. Lunch is ham and pepper jack cheese sandwiches with cheez it’s, honey bun, fruit gushers, and Dew. Upper body strength training this evening.
 
Trained chest and triceps today. Had a bowl of pineapple and drank some eggs whites before gym. French toast and eggs for breakfast. Lunch will be pulled pork and broccoli salad. Protein shake and a banana. Some friends invited me over dinner and all I know is they’re having wings and potatoes au gratin. Today I’m grateful for opportunity to spend time with friends.

Food and tried to lower body but still not quit there in quad so going into work late and trying to find motivation. Thinking of it fiture and west he this job is part of it weather i can stay here and just become some sort of robot who doesn’t care. If I atleast had powerlifting gym I would have that going for me. It’s goig to be hard to make progress when in maxed out bars at gym
 
No the closest gym is about an hour away that has proper equipment including calibrated plates

In maybe good news we got sent a whole bunch of whole
Chcikens at work if they keep them shoudl be able take soem home for free
