September 28th installment of diets and bodybuilding

Good morning all.Breakfast was 1plain bagel,5 HB eggs no yolk, banana,water n coffee.Lunch is leftover pizza which was last nights dinner.CANT STOP EATING LIKE SHIT.and I’m suppose to start a cycle soon… Anyfuckinways,not sure about dinner.I swear I’m gonna join the gym tomorrow,if I don’t I will FLAG own post.Just got to work,so I guess i gotta work.Today I am grateful for sleep.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
6 eggs scrambled and fried potatoes with coffee. Second breakfast was sausage and egg biscuit with chocolate milk. Lunch was pound of turkey, bag of doritos, fudge round, and Dew. Some extra sleep would be lovely. I’ve been going to bed all week around 12 and getting back up at 4:30. Luckily I’m off the next 3 days. Hitting back and shoulders tonight.

Big motor needs a lot of gas
 
Im trying to clean up my diet as well after injust took down bacon king but Monday eve back to packing three meals being more consistent in gym. The struggle is real to get back when I can’t go heavy with legs and I just want to sleep. I think it’s still trying to recover from Trensomnia

Between you two…in one day… you eat probably 10 days of carbs and sugar for me.
 
I’m starting to have to eAt less they keep taking all the physical work out of job. Which is good for recovery but bad on I’m used to eating certain amount I think my way of cutting will be eat my four regular meals then the fifth meal post work will just become double shake

I’m slowly getting shit from my exwifes house.i get 2 boxes a trip so I can keep going back to see my dogs.Depressing actually.
