Good fucking morning all.Today I am grateful for the camraderie on here and everyones participation.Breakfast will be 5 eggs over easy,4 pieces whole wheat toast, protein shake blended with strawberries and chia seeds 1 table spoon of Avacado oil, banana,coffee and water.Starting a job today staining a fence and a deck,easy work.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
