September 30th Training and Diet

I will tomorrow. Breakfast was pancakes,scrambled eggs, banana,coffee water.gotta wait for my sister to come and bring me my protein shake and powder from home or wait til they bring us out once a week to the store to get some and some chicken and fish so I don’t gotta eat at the shitty chow hall.we go to the gym at 11 so I gonna work tris and chest.
 
So wait…you’re still “in-patient” and your wife dropped the “D” bomb on you during a visit?
 
It was over the phone. But yes I just went from rehab to the PTSD unit
 
Just waking up. Just got off night shift a few hours ago. Had egg whites and 2 waffles for my pre workout meal. Training shoulders and traps soon. Protein shake with some strawberry and banana after. Probably chicken breast and rice for lunch with a yogurt before dinner. No clue about dinner yet
 
I laughed but thanks,I’m gonna be here minimum 8 weeks,guess you’ll have to have a Gin,OJ and grenadine then their super tasty on the palette.

Alive and well just got to gym to build these sticks on lower half. Had chicken club for lunch with gf at her job today
 
Ups and downs but we are still together making it work. Goignto dads for games and she’s cooking toMororw so that should be good he loves when we come over. He and I are only family down here so home
Cooked foood that’s good makes him so happy
 
Yeah you’ll be fine when your out though. Hell I’m almost year off the white stuff. I’ve had a
Time here or there where I thought that fuck it I’ll relapse but I remember how bad life gets and say I don’t want that. Why make a bad day into a bad life
 
Dinner: beefy Italian meat sauce on a bed of freshly steamed zucchini squash topped with shredded mozzarella cheese
