September 6th edition of diets and training

Good morning all.Breakfast was 5 scrambled eggs w/hot sauce,1 English muffin plain, grapes, banana,coffee n water.
Lunch is 2 buffalo chic breast and white American on rye lett tomato fresh from the ex’s garden, strawberrys, cranberry juice and water.Not sure about dinner,might walk across the street and eat there.my place is being furnished to,been using a air mattress but other then that it’s empty as hell in here.No gym today,my bro in law and I gotta go sign up at Crunch Fitness by me.This will be part of my dinner.

It’s a leg day for me. Been real lazy lately when it comes to variety but staying on point as far calories go. Eggs and cheese on tortillas. Yogurt and cottage cheese. Chicken salad. Turkey rice and beans. Protein shake and banana.
 
Last heavy dead’s then chciken and rice rest of day I do two days of same seasoning then switch it up between like 6. Yeaterda was good we’ll see if I feel the same today
 
Nothing till nationals next year. Give it another go. Hopefully have a full year off season to work on my weak body parts
