September 8th edition of diets and bodybuilding

Good morning all. Breakfast was 4 HB eggs no yolk, protein shake blended with 1 package of cinnamon brown sugar oatmeal and 2 tbl spoons of PB, banana,coffee and water.No work today, probably not lifting either.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Ok all,I been struggling,I been abusing my anxiety meds,and have been mixing them with alcohol,in about two hours I’m going to a VA 30 day rehab,I don’t know what else to do,I been a wrecking ball in the house lately,wife and kid don’t deserve this.Maybe someone can pick up this morning thread.
 
Breakfast is velveeta/egg beaters omelet with onions n bell peppers, cucumber avocado tomato salad and blueberry applesauce Greek yogurt parfait.

Same meal plan from earlier in the week. Will be food prepping again tomorrow. Still trying maintain around 3000 to 3200. Been holding weight well around 212. Going to be training shoulders and traps later after work.
 
Sorry to hear man get it all figured out do what you have to do for yourself and what you have to do for others with tow in line. I’m nervous with myslef having weekends off during football season. It’s always been a trigger for me. But this is always when my coke usage woudl ramp up I’m 2 months from a year. So I hope this helps you
