I have been doing the stretching for my tight hips per your instructions.

Follow up… yesterday was my squat/lower day. I hit it hard with mucho reps. My hips were barking yesterday evening. Used your stretching tutorial late evening and tadaaa I feel great this am. 15 seconds was as long as I could hold it… working up to a minute will take some time.
