Hi all. Worked a whopping 3 hours today and mother nature ended it early with torrential down pour,so here I am back home,grabbed a 6 pk,and just opened the 1st,also grabbed 2 50 count bushels of little necks,so between the beer and clams that accounts for lunch. Dinner who the fuck knows,it will be something.Hope everyone has a great weekend.

Trying to do some pull movements and not aggravate back. Finally broke down and got fiber supplement. If this doesn’t start to help digestion issues it might be time to see Dr.
