Strange stuff going on need advice

So I’ve recently started using 500 Sust. I definitely get more PIP from it that the testE that I usually run. I get a little bump and 3-5 days of soreness. Tonight a little bit of blood shot out when my wife pulled the pin out, and the little bump is gone. Stopped bleeding almost immediately and definitely didn’t end up in my blood stream or anything. But what the hell am I doing wrong here fellas?

I usually get pip from the higher dosed stuff. Anything over 300 usually. As far as the blood squirting out. It happens I’ve had a couple of squirters before (not the fun female kind).

It’s because they use synthetic oils for the higher dosed ones cuz the usual oils can’t support the dose density. Some people don’t react well to them.

Sus is mix of esters so you may have issues with one the eaters

No clue. It’s the flash one. Doesn’t specify.

High mg causes pip a lot of the time. And the squirted you just knicked a vein or something. Apply pressure til it stops and move on.

Testosterone propionate always causes some PIP.
30 mg testosterone propionate,
60 mg testosterone phenylpropionate,
60 mg testosterone isocaproate
100 mg testosterone decanoate in 1 mL
Plus, Flash overdoses everything so it’s most likely 10%-20% higher in each 1ml

I had the same issue a few years ago with sust. Its the test p. Atleast, thats what I believe. I remember the first time I had blood shoot out. I was paranoid afterwards and thought I hit a major vein or artery. I was fine. No issues. It’s usually from hitting a large capillary while pulling the needle out.
