Last day of week 1 - full recovery day.
Weight is creeping up 2lbs this week and I expect more to come after next week.
Gear stack currently
•test e 500mg per week
Macros on off day
•Protein 220
•Carbs 400
•Fat 100
●Tomorrow starts with chest day to begin week 2 of this growth phase. Today is fully focused on recovering and staying off my legs after destroying them yesterday in the gym. Food is moderate but slightly lowered from training days.
Tomorrow I should receive my order of deca, anadrol and hgh so the real fun should begin this week.
Will update tomorrow with post push workout physique updates.
