My take away… Near IR light via the sun or at home light bulbs should be maintained and/or incorporated, in conjunction with Glutathione shots, for the top #1 and #2 Anti-oxidative effects we currently know of.
I am still advocating for Glutathione, but for those of us who don’t get enough sunshine, and/or have chronic conditions… we need to look at Near IR light therapy to supplement. It cheap and literally as easy as screwing in lightbulbs.
I watched this video a few weeks back and brought it up on another post about oxidative stress. I get plenty of sun but still decided to add melatonin to my list of supplements.
