1 - Yes, up to $700 worth.
2 - Last time we discussed this internally it was either store credit, replacement of same product you sent or a similar one that would be discussed with you. Like, if you send tren ace, it tests good and you want tren ace, we will send same… If it tests bad, you can choose different brand of tren ace. Or store credit if you want something different.
3 - It’s a fairly rare event. We’ve been offering this since 2014 and been less than 10, if I recall correctly.
4 - I always see our customer service mentioning SIMEC and Jano. There’s probably others.
Thank you for the opportunity. We’re very much pro testing, as you can see on our lab test section, but having a customer send it directly is the perfect scenario because the lab wouldn’t know that we’re paying for it, so we can remove any bias.
We also ask for a few things:
- Vials or blisters need to be sealed.
- You need to agree that results (good or bad) are posted publicly.
When we start selling a brand, they normally provide testing or come recommended by a partner we trust and then we do some testing. But any product from any batch and any company can be underdosed or have impurities and we wanna know too…
