The Best Way to Gain Muscle

So many individuals are looking for the Holy Grail when it comes to gaining muscle. That one secret program. That one secret exercise. The true secret is literally right in front of you. It’s called effort. It’s called intensity. I don’t care how well you structure your training or current mesocycle, if you aren’t willing to put in the blood, sweat, and tears, you will fall short of reaching your full potential.

All the anabolics in the world won’t help you get there. All the food in the world won’t help you get there. If your training isn’t hard and challenging, you are truly selling yourself short. Yes, i believe gear can make a huge difference (otherwise I wouldn’t be in this game), but the true testament lies within. Are you willing to put IN THE WORK??

This is true it starts with the effort or training program and then you need to get your diet dialed in correctly. Then you can consider using gear but if you do it the other way around and start with gear and then have a bad diet and bad training program you will really get nothing from the gear or cycle you use. You will probably gain weight but its all just water and once you end your cycle you will probably lose any weight you put on while running a cycle.

I would definitely agree with you on this one. I would just say that to reach your goals you need to focus on diet and training. If you put the work in and eat right you can reach any goal you set it just takes time.

I agree with intensity and dedication but when I truly committed into cleaning up my diet that’s when my body changed a complete 360. But I tend to go crazy at times lol, but crazy and looking good isn’t necessarily a bad thing.

For sure that’s why most give up so easy. It’s way easier to put off working out to go drinking with a friend or eat that processed garbage instead of that chicken breast you eat everyday. I literally get asked daily what’s your secret. Answer is always I work my ass off in my diet and my training. I take no days off if I’m not working out I’m still making the right decisions because I have a goal and I’ll obtain it no matter what. But most of these people can barely work nonetheless be committed to multiple things.
