Just browsing through this thread. Don’t know if anyone mentioned this. Cartons of egg whites one pint has 50 grams protein. It’s bacteria free. Egg protein is the most easily digestible. You can slug it down in 15 seconds done!! Or make a shake with banana or whatever. I use them to reach my protein goals very convenient and cheap
I’ve done that before. Too. Some gear makes my cholesterol really spike so egg whites are a main part of my protein intake. Deer is really good too. We have a surplus of deer around here and it has almost no saturated fat and 30% more protein than beef.

The last time I flew was before 9/11 and I had to be sedated and in a wheelchair because I couldn’t walk.
Im crazy scared of flying and im already anxious about everything especially how packed the airport is and all those lines. I just can’t take it
Im weak in that department but its a bad situation when my fight or flight kicks in because I don’t flight I fight and it gets me in trouble.
