The secret to reaching your goals in Bodybuilding

The big secret. There are no fucking secrets.

Anyone can reach their goals. But diet and training are first and foremost. Then comes the cycles and getting it all dialed into how your body reacts. People are all different.

You gotta keep a diary of what you do and when. What are you eating, are you measuring your meals, is your training on point, etc. Where are you starting from and where do you want to be? How bad do you want it? It’s a lifestyle change that needs to be done. You can’t expect to follow others and get the same results when they can react differently. To have to learn your body and that takes time.

When you ask for help here, let us know everything and when we ask questions answer everything not just the ones you want to discuss. We got a great community here and people willing to help but you gotta be honest with us when we ask. Don’t hide things about your training or diet cause it can throw the answers clear off.

It just takes hard work and consistency.

Agreed! Cycles aren’t magic. They dont make you loose weight, add growth, or become stronger without motivation and dedication to yourself. You cant begin a cycle and go sit at the kitchen table and eat 2 pounds of deep fried chicken nuggets and think it won’t matter cause your on cycle. Put in the work damnit. Be honest with yourself and have motivation to get at it!

I know 3 big secrets to reaching your goals. Dedication. Hard work. Consistency. Those are required BEFORE any magic pills. Or PEDS. If you can do these. Log ALL your workouts. Log ALL your meals. Most important log your mental state. You’d be surprised how much Diet, sleep and mental state effect your workout. Then once you get that together, log PEDs. Happy Easter!!!

surprisingly good topic… I do believe the supps can fill in some little gaps in diet and training. But why would anyone want that. Far greater results when everything is in order. In my opinion , that is why a lot of folks don’t get mind blowing results. Then they blame the cycle. i think al lot more of periodization of diet , training and of course drugs. I used to think it was stupid, but over the years, I have found for me That shorter cycles of 6-8 weeks with a 2-4 week “normal period” works great. You just bust your ass for 8 weeks and take you supps, make your food, and then cut it back for a few weeks. Many dont train eat way less, etc. I would just do a few less sets or less intensity and allow for a less regemented eating, not shitty but maybe less over all or whatever your body type is. I always let myself have less protein and more carbs in those “down times” I , as most old bastards, that have been hitting it hard from before the Berlin wall came down, seem to have a harder time with protein. Especially if your Gallbladder is gone or other stuff is gone:grin:. It has definitely increased my BBing longevity if there is such a thing.
