I was feeling good today because I feel like I’m finally coming back from all the injuries I had that shrank me down and put alot of fat but for 2wk almost back not bad.

That’s before workout and weight is 230lb before picture
5’10 17%bf maybe 18% I put on alot of weight being injured not moving

Looking much better bro. You’re probably closer to 20% BF but that’s really to be expected after the injuries you are coming off of. Getting back on track is rough but you’re mentally strong enough to push on. Keep your nutrition in check and stay consistent and you’ll be back in no time!
 
I agree I’m looking horrible around my mid section but my legs arms shoulders back all lean not ripped but lean maybe I just hope that they are.
I’m going to light a fire under my ass once I get down to 15% or less I’m going to run heavy but diet cut and primo heavy.
 
That’s it I’m stepping up the cardio 2x a day fasted mourning eca pumped and eca pumped work out and hit cardio until I feel like I’m going to die.
I did it when I was an athlete I can do it now I’m still young enough.

4 weeks and youll look nothing like this photo. You know what youre doing brother . My birthday is next week and i start my blast. I really want to start a log but i dont like starting sonething i cant keep up with. You motivate us murph
 
Well shit @Bigmurph you wanna do cardio head my way I’m about to go split wood in my driveway and bring some in the house, theses 15 degree days really eat my oil up I burn the fire as much as possible… ha ha don’t get me wrong I like being outside splitting wood but I cringe at the cals im burning
 
I honestly wish I could do that I was about offering my service to a log company to split wood for them great upper body work out and it’s an all around workout
 
I didnt say you were looking horrible bro. I’d never tell someone that. You definitely have the stature and your shoulders and arms are still there. Just need some work in the mid section but that’s going to come with getting your nutrition dialed in and remembering your cardio daily. You still have strong muscle memory from the years and it won’t take long. Let me know if you need anything bro. You know I’m always here to help.

I need to get my ass in gear and cut down start cycle and kick ass.

I know you and everyone has my back that’s why I love this community and wasn’t afraid to post a picture were I didn’t look like a MONSTAR lol
